Neptune is a one-room skin care studio dedicated to providing you with a high quality one on one personalized experience. We do not have a full time receptionist. Since your skin care practitioner has many roles, your patience is highly appreciated. If you have any questions, concerns or requests on how we can make your experience better, please let us know. We look forward to seeing you at your next appointment!

Reservations

Open Sunday-Wednesday by appointment only.

Please note that we’re unable to accommodate new clients at this time.

Appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. By providing your credit card information you agree to the terms of our policies. The card you use to hold your appointment will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period.

Payment Information

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Neptune gift certificates.

Cancellations

Thank you for honoring our 24-hour cancellation policy.

As a courtesy to other guests who may be able to utilize your appointment time and as a courtesy to your skin care professional, please notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts. We ask that you make appointment changes no less than 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of all services scheduled. IF YOU ARE SICK,  PLEASE CANCEL your appointment to prevent exposure to your esthetician and other clients. This is the one exception to the 24hr cancelation policy.

No Shows

We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you completely miss your appointment without any notice or cancel after your appointment time has begun, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of all services scheduled.

Note: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online by following the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you did not book your appointment online, or are having trouble canceling or rescheduling through our appointment calendar please call us as soon as possible at (510) 891-1439.

Late Arrivals

Please give us a call at (510) 891-1439 as a courtesy and let us know how far behind you are. Should you arrive too late to perform the full service, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services will remain the same.

Arrive Early?

If you arrive early and the door is locked we may be in session with another client and ask that you return just a few minutes before or at your scheduled appointment time. There is a great vintage boutique next door to help you pass the time before your session.

Children & Guests

For safety and liability reasons, children under the age of 18, infants, guests, and pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed during your visit.

New Clients

During your first visit you will be asked to fill out a new client intake form. Doing so will enable your practitioner to have a better understanding of your unique skin care needs, concerns and preferences as well as alert us to any possible contraindications before your service. These forms are required for all new clients and completely confidential.

We’re here to support you along your path to achieving healthy skin, and want you to get the most out of your session. To ensure that you receive the utmost from your experience, we encourage you to communicate any skin care goals or any concerns you may have. Each session is custom tailored with your best interest in mind and since each person is as unique as the next, please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
