Neptune is a one-room skin care studio dedicated to providing you with a one on one personalized experience. In order to promote an intimate environment, we do not have a full time receptionist. Since your skin care practitioner has many roles, your patience is highly appreciated. If you have any questions, concerns or requests on how we can make your experience better, please let us know. Appointments are held with a credit card at the time of booking. Scheduling an appointment, is an acceptance of the terms of our policies. The card you use to hold your appointment will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or appointments cancelled within the 24-hour period.

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, and Neptune gift certificates.


Thank you for honoring our 24-hour cancellation policy.

As a courtesy to other guests who may be able to utilize your appointment time, and as a courtesy to your skin care professional, please notify us promptly of any scheduling conflicts. We ask that you make appointment changes no less than 24-hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of all services scheduled.

IF YOU ARE SICK,  PLEASE CANCEL your appointment to prevent exposure to our staff and clients. This is the one exception to the 24hr cancelation policy.  Please call (510) 891-1439 to cancel as soon as possible. Please note that if you arrive to your appointment and are sick, or getting over a contagious illness, we will not be able to work on you, and charges will apply.

No Shows

We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. If you completely miss your appointment without any notice or cancel after your appointment time has begun, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of all services scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Please give us a call at (510) 891-1439 as a courtesy and let us know how far behind you are. Should you arrive too late to perform the full service, your treatment may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services will remain the same.

Early Arrivals

Neptune is open by appointment. We ask that you please respect the privacy of other clients by arriving no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment. If the door is locked, we may still be in session with another client, or preparing for your service, and cannot answer immediately. Please return just a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Children, Pets, & Guests

For safety and liability reasons, children under the age of 18, infants, guests, and pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed during your visit.

New Clients

Please note that we’re unable to accommodate new clients at this time.

During your first visit you will be asked to fill out a new client intake form. Doing so will enable your practitioner to have a better understanding of your unique skin care needs, concerns and preferences as well as alert us to any possible contraindications before your service. These forms are required for all new clients and completely confidential.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not available for purchase at this time. If you’ve received a Neptune gift certificate previously however, please contact us so that we may honor your gift! You’ll be added to our current client wait list, and will be contacted as soon as an opening is available. You may also use your gift certificate toward product purchases in our boutique.
